Red Velvet Cheese Ball

Vegetarian • 2 hrs to make • Serves 16

Baking & Spices

2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 cup Chocolate chips, mini
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups Velvet cake mix, red dry

Snacks

1 Cookies and crackers, assorted

Dairy

1/2 cup Butter
8 oz Cream cheese

    Red Velvet Cheese Ball - 1/2 box red velvet cake mix (dry), 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, one 8oz. block of cream cheese. White chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips.

    Red Velvet Cheeseball, mmmm. 8oz cream cheese room temp, 1/2 cup butter room temp, 1 1/2 cups redvelvet DRY cake mix, 2 Tbls brown sugar, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1bag choc chips, Vanilla Wafers. In the bowl beat the cream cheese/butter until smooth. Add in cake mix, & both sugars. Beat until smooth. Put mixture on plastic wrap & wrap up into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. unwrap cheese ball & put on plate. Press chips onto ball using hands. Serve with wafers.

Red Velvet Cake Balls 1 box red velvet cake mix (cook as directed on box for 13 X 9 cake) 1 can cream cheese frosting (16 oz.) 1 package chocolate bark (regular or white chocolate) wax paper Mix baked cake after cooled in a mixer with frosting just till combined, use small scoop to portion out balls. Place on wire rack and cover in chocolate of choice. Transfer to wax paper to cool.

Mozzarella Cheese Ball 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1/2 package (4 1/2 tsp) dry ranch dressing mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese finely chopped pecans Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.  Mix well.  Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.  Refrigerate before serving with crackers.
