Sometimes The Medicine We Need Is Not The Medicine 💊We Take. Follow A daily Routine. Exercise daily. Sleep at least 7-8hours a Day. Do atleast 15minutes of breathing exercises. Be consistent. Don't hide your Laughter. Share your experiences and memories. Love everyone and forgive everyone, including yourself. Forgive your anger. Forgive your guilt. Your shame. Your sadness. Embrace and open up your love, your joy, your truth, and most especially your heart. ❤️
