#Donousa is located in the north edge of the Small Eastern #Cyclades complex. It is east of Naxos and north of Amorgos. It extends over 13.500 sq. m and is full of small gulfs with beautiful beaches. It is an ideal place for peaceful vacations. #Greece

From the small Greek island of Donousa, part of the group of islands usually known as the Small Cyclades. Donousa is a place for those who want to "get away from it all". There are four villages, most of them having fewer than 20 inhabitants, connected by the island's only road. No buses, no discos, no Irish pubs, no Internet-cafés (tricky!), most supplies delivered by a small ferry three times a week, a handfull of places to stay, a handful of restaurants, a few beaches and a lot of aggressive insects.
