    Organizing jewelry with paint sticks. Just add push pins or cup hooks. Additional ideas: put up cork board squares and put stick pens in it to hang earrings. Stick pens in the sheetrock walls for necklaces.

I may put my own twist on this (instead of nails and painted branches) and buy or create flat metal branches and hinge them onto the wall by the mirror so they swing out for easy access.

Jewelry organizer I got some drawer fronts at Habitat and did just this. I think I will wallpaper one to match my office. The only reason I did not do that for my shop was b/c I did not want the wallpaper to class my jewelry items...but a neutral black, gold, silver wallpaper would certainly work with some jewelry items, and look very classy...

Great idea. But forget buying the shadow box. Got an old dresser you're getting rid of? Take the drawers, add hanging stuff to the back, line with papers/fabric, add hooks/door knobs/etc for hanging jewelry on. :)

DIY jewelry organizer. I bought a shelf from Michael's and spray painted it to look like gray stone (it's awesome!) A cheap black picture frame from Target with craft stitch fabric hot-glued to the inside. I also bought 3 small, cheap wooden boxes from Michael's and painted them to set on top of the shelf and hold watches, earring backs, etc. get bottles to hold bracelets
