How To Upholster A Headboard - Measure your bed's width and ask an art store to build a stretcher canvas. Then get extra loft thick batting from a fabric store and cut 3 inches all around larger than the frame. Wrap and staple gun to the back of canvas, the attach your fabric with same technique, making sure pattern is straight and fabric is taut. As seen in Redbook.
