Lean Leg Pyramid Workout--Another one of those "it looks so easy" workouts--did it yesterday and my butt muscles are killing me this morning--hurt to roll over in bed--obviously used some muscles I haven't used in years--will def keep this in my routine!!!!!!!
Lean and Mean...Not really "mean" but I KNOW you have 5 minutes to start to get your legs ready for short shorts!
here’s a workout to help you get the toned legs of a dancer. Pair this with a lot of stretching and you should notice a difference, especially in your calves, pretty quickly. For extra intensity, add dumbbells to the squats and lunges. Also, if you have a hard time balancing in the one-legged calf raises, stand near a wall or counter so you have something to rest your hand on for balance. That’s why we have barres in ballet classes!
I pin them all...Now to actually do them but I think u should go on a walk or jog or run (which ever u feel like) with ur friends and then pick a few of theses to do and eat a little more healthy drink more water have some smoothies and fruit and stuff like that
