strawberry balsamic flatbread. I forgot the balsamic vinegar when I made it, but it was still good. Only thing I would do is omit the goat cheese next time as I was not a big fan.

Balsamic Chickpeas. These are ridiculously good. I started eating them right out of the skillet and couldn't stop.

Blackberry Balsamic Pie. Dessert. Sometimes it's tough to know what to do with those seasonal blackberries. They always look so good at the market but then they often end up on top of cereal or yogurt. This impressive pie combines the subtle blackberry flavor with tart balsamic and nutty walnuts. Would go very nicely with a light to medium bodied wine for dessert.
