Blackberry Chocolate Chip Cookie Crumble from www.loveandoliveoil.com -- I made double the amount of topping, and had approx. 3 portions of topping to spare (which I froze). I added walnuts to the crumble, and the seasalt on top worked well. I would have cooked the crumble separately (approx. 20 mins??) as it was a bit gluey. But good flavours. Serve with vanilla icecream.
