Baked Pizza Dip...serve with crusty baguette slices or absolutely divine!!

Pear, Chevre & Pistachio Pizza: 1. Preheat oven to 390F° 2. Roll out the pizza dough to a large rectangle 3. Grate 7oz of chèvre over the dough 4. Thinly slice 2-3 pears and lay on dough 5. Squeeze some lemon juice over to prevent browning 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes 7. Sprinkle on 2 tbsp of chopped pistachios & drizzle some honey over top
