    Egg muffins. These are like little "Omelet Muffins." Make a batch and freeze. Heat in the microwave and eat one or two for breakfast when you're in a hurry or trying to loose weight. Great protein! I like mine with grated cheese, diced ham, green onion, and seasoned. South Beach Diet friendly. This whole website is devoted to Healthy South Beach Diet friendly recipes.
