Camping Haystacks. Could make a really good lunch, especially if you look for a low sodium version of the chili, use low fat/fat free cheese and sour cream, and maybe swap the fritos for tortilla chips.

Tin Foil Dinners - my inlaws taught me how to make these and they are so easy and good! You can put whatever you want in them but we usually do: ground beef, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Then add garlic salt and lawrys seasoning salt and a few pads of butter to keep it from getting too dry. This recipe says to put them on a campfire but this works great on a gas grill too.
