Parmesan pasta with chicken and rosemary. This is so easy to make with a shredded rotisserie chicken, a little fresh rosemary, and freshly grated parmesan. The kids gobble it up. It may not be colorful but it's yummy. I steam some veggies as a side dish on a night when I am rushed, and we have dinner!
