Savory Zucchini Bread. If you can surprise people by putting zucchini into a sweet bread, why not put it into a savory bread? When it comes out of the oven, the cheese on top forms a crispy golden crust of browned cheese, while the cheesy chunks in the center leave hollow pockets in the bread, melted and gooey. You could even add crumbled sausage or bacon to this recipe and serve it at a brunch.
