9/15/13 Easy (sweet) Garlic Chicken. Recipe calls for just 4 ingredients - chicken, garlic, brown sugar and olive oil. I doubled the sauce and used 2 lbs. frozen chicken tenderloins. Added 1/4c. chopped red onions, and deglazed the sauce pan with 2T champagne vinegar. Poured the garlic-onion-champagne vinegar sauce over the chicken and baked at 450' for ~:30. Let chicken rest to soak up sauce. Will definitely do this again! Served Trader Joe's haricot vert beans. Wow- easy is right!

Single Serve Cake: Combine two boxes cake mix: one can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a ramekin / big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serve of cake.

For one serving, mix 3 T. of the cake mixture with 2 T. of water in a small microwave safe container like a coffee mug. Microwave on high for 1 minute. You now have your own instant individual cake.

Simple Sesame Noodles; these were great& soooooo easy. Made ours with spaghetti noodles! Tried to double the noodles AND the sauce, but I had soooooo much sauce left! Next time I'll double the noodles and follow the recipe for regular serving of sauce. Careful with the sesame oil.... Very strong, so add it to taste! Grilled up the steak and put it on top! Really great, and fast dinner!!!
