Sometimes all you need to do is put on your workout clothes to get you motivated. Don't decided if you're going to workout or not until your dressed and ready to go.

Week 3 Day 1. Gotta say, I didn't feel like running today. I decided that when I'm feeling low, it's the perfect time to run.
