Parmesan Yellow Squash: Line baking sheet with tinfoil. Slice yellow squash thinly and place in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic salt, and grated parmesan. Broil in oven until lightly toasted. Delicious!!

I did this. Grated Romano, because that was what i had. Also a left over from Port night, tiny chunk of Stilton. Dry perfect for grating, not necessarily serving with Port again. Garlic Roasted Cauliflower Amazing and easy!
