Easy Crockpot Lemon Chicken: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/4 c. butter, 2 c. lemon juice, 1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning. Cook for 6 hours on low.

Slow cooker: Italian chicken. 4 chicken breasts, 1 bottle Italian dressing, 1 package Italian seasoning, 1/2c Parmesan, 4-6 potatoes halved, 1/2 bag baby carrots. Pam slow cooker, layer dressing, chicken, cheese, seasoning. Add carrots, cheese, seasoning, potatoes. Pour remaining dressing on top. Cook low 6-8 hours.
