Buffalo Chicken in the crock pot: 3 lb frozen chicken, 1 bottle buffalo sauce, 1 packet of ranch, throw it all in the crock pot for 6-7 hours, shred. Great for wraps, on a bun or make grilled cheese & buffalo chicken sandwiches (which I prefer). I do recommend adding a bit of butter in the crock pot - either when cooking or after shredding. A favorite at our house!
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Recipe ~ 4-5 Chicken Breasts, thawed • 12oz bottle RedHot Wing Sauce • 1oz pkt Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning ~ Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3hrs. Drain juices. Combine wing sauce & ranch. Pour mixture over chicken, cook on high for 30 mins, or until done. Serve whole breasts or shred and serve on buns.

Buffalo Chicken Ring 8 oz cream cheese1/2 packet ranch owder mixDiced celery to taste Buffalo wing sauce to taste Diced/shredded chicken, cooked (2-3 chicken breasts worth, 2 packages crescent rolls Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Place spoonfuls of mixture on crescent rolls and fold rolls over to form a ring shape and cook for about 15 minutes or until crescent rolls are nicely browned.
