Chipotle's corn salsa, makes a big bowl -1 12 ounce bag of frozen sweet yellow corn (defrosted and drained) -2 medium sized jalapenos (seeded and chopped, leave in some seeds for more heat if desired) -1/2 red onion (finely chopped about 1/3 cup) -3/4 cup fresh cilantro (torn or chopped) -the juice of 2 limes -1/2 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon pepper
My family LOVES this recipe! We've made it probably 6 times since I found it. My boys always ask for more. It's a keeper!! RANCH CHICKEN Combine: 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes. 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. 1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Dip 8 chicken halves in melted butter and then roll in cornflake mix. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Best. Chicken. Ever!
Fill pot with water then add a stick of salted butter and 1 cup of milk. Bring to a rapid boil. Put ears of corn in turn heat to low simmer for 5-8 minutes. It will be the best corn on the cob you have ever had !!!
