Sock bubbles Start by cutting the bottom of water bottle off. Next slide the sock over the bottom of the bottle. We used colorful duct tape to secure our sock, but you could use a rubber band as well. Pour some dish soap into shallow container with a little bit of water and gently mix. Dip the sock covered bubble blower into the solution and gently blow. We decided to add some color to the bubble snakes with food coloring. The kids dropped the food coloring onto the sock covered end.

Rainbow Bubble Snakes // SOCK BUBBLE ARTWORK – to do this activity, follow the same method for the sock snake bubbles but place a few drops of food coloring on the sock (it looks cool to do more than one color) and blow onto a piece of paper. the bubbles pop and make a cook pattern! we hung the artwork along the fence for the kids to take home later

DIY Giant Bubbles by katiedid: Make the bubble solution with 6 cups water, 1 cup light corn syrup, 2 cups Joy dishwashing soap (If using an ultra concentrated dishwashing liquid, use only 1 1/3 cups), stirring gently to avoid bubbles and let it sit overnight for 'stronger bubbles'. Use a hula hoop wrapped in cotton string for a 'wand' and a trough made of a dryer vent. Stand back and have your camera ready! #Kids #Giant_Bubbles
