  • 1 Red onion, small

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Peppercorns, cracked black
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

  • Little olive oil for frying and drizzling
