Banh Cuon (Vietnamese steamed rolled cakes)

cheong foon - 1 1/2 cup rice flour (red bag), 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour (blue bag), 5 cups water, 1 tbsp oil - make crepes and add anything (shrimp, ground pork/beef)...made about 22 rolls. almost 1 ladle per plate, microwave 1.5 minutes. almost 2 ladle per 11"frying pan, took longer.
