    This look amazing! Roasted Garlic Mushrooms.. as a side dish for dinner. They were delicious!! follow the recipe for the most part, but add the chopped Italian parsley to the mixture of minced garlic, olive oil, dry white wine and salt and pepper. toss the mixture with the whole brown mushrooms, dot the dish with butter and roasted them, tos the mushrooms every 3-4 minutes. I also don't add the two teaspoons of lemon juice when the dish had finished cooking.
