      SWEET HAWAIIAN CROCK-POT CHICKEN--EASY AND YUMMMY!! 2 lb. Chicken tenderloin chunks 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce Combine all together, cook on low in Crock-pot 6-8 hours...that's it! Done! Serve with brown rice and you have a complete, easy meal................Modified more elaborate version of the same recipe........ Cut 2 chicken breasts into 1" cubes. Coat chicken in 2 eggs and cover them in a bowl consisting of 1 cup corn starch combined with 1 cup all purpose flour. Let the chicken sit in there for an hour in the refrigerator. Now, deep fry the chicken in 2" of canola oil until light brown (or floating in the oil). Pull out and place to the side. In another large bowl, mix the above 1 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/3 cup of soy. (That was the one part they got right...). Now add 1/3 cup of corn starch to the mixture. The mixture should now turn from black to light brown at this point. (Make sure you mix thoroughly leaving no clumps of starch!!!) Cut up 1 bell pepper and 1/2 white onion and put in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Flash fry the vegetables and immediately add the previously cooked fried chicken. Now add the soy mixture created earlier and simmer for 30 seconds, stirring the whole time. (This is where the corn starch does its magic and thickens like the picture.) Make sure all components are covered with the sauce and put on a plate with rice. Adding sesame seeds on top makes this a very enjoyable and eye appealing dish too! Enjoy!!! (As a side note, adding 1/3 cup of honey to the soy mixture makes this taste a little more like honey chicken! That was experiment #2, and I believe that was more tasty than the first!) **************************
