Albarinos are such fabulous light Whites...Super limey with a citrus drive on the nose. Little touches of fresh cut grass emerge with air as if there were some tulips in the grass and cut along with it. Racy and oily, quite vibrant and a lot of aromatics and flavor. Really exceptional Albarino that speaks to me in a lot of ways. Pair this with a wide range of lighter Spanish dishes. Be careful of the horseradish finish on this. People like Alex might get burnt by it." $13
