homemade yogurt ..... THEN strain it to reduce he sugary carb rich whey!!! Duh- I've made yogurt. I strained reg yogurt to ake Greek. But straining my homemade will make it lower in carbs & higher protein-which is WHY I like Greek yogurt. So I'll try making it again from scratch. Much cheaper.

Homemade peach frozen yogurt for a hot summer night. SO easy: 2 cups frozen fruit, 1 6 oz. container yogurt. Chop/blend in food processor. I used peaches and peach, also good are strawberries and vanilla yogurt. I did have to add about 1/2 cup of soymilk to thin it a bit as my food processor isn't the strongest.
