Healthy slow cooker pumpkin pie oatmeal is so easy to make. Throw everything in the slow cooker overnight and you'll have breakfast ready when you wake up! Notes: use regular oats instead of steel cut and divide cooking time in half.
Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal- I used one egg vs 2 egg whites. B LOVED it. K + D thought the apples were too crunchy. I did use a large rough chop and used a Fuji apple vs. a Baking apple - next time cut smaller and use Granny Smith.
