    Yeah the recipe above is not what is pictured. If you are looking to make cookies like the picture they are Bisquick cookies. I did try the healthy recipe above and didn't care much for the texture of the cookies. They are quite mushy. But my kids did not mind and gobbled them up anyway, so eh no big deal either way

banana oat pancakes- gluten free. I used a gluten free flour blend and chia seeds instead of eggs. Also used clementine juice instead of lemon juice and finally thinned it with homemade soy yogurt. The rose nice and fluffy.

    Thank you ! This is going to help me convert some of my favorite gluten laden recipes to gluten free. My Dr. is pushing me to go gluten free. Grey wolf .. according my doctors.. the reason so many of us are having to go gluten free is that the wheat( and other) seeds have been genetically engineered causing a multitude of digestive/ problems for many of us.This is not the same wheat that was used 50 years ago.

Skinny Banana Cookies: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup of uncooked Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
