    Garlic lemon sea salt roasted broccoli- cut up 1-2 heads of fresh broccoli, throw it in a large bowl, run a few cloves of garlic through a garlic press and put in bowl with broccoli, throw in a few pinches of sea salt and drizzle with as much olive oil as you like. Toss, throw on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 for about 15-20 mins until starts to turn color. Take out of I've and squeeze lemon juice on top. AMAZING!!!

    Tonight's side dish: Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli. Instead of squeezing fresh lemon at the end, I'm going to use lemon infused olive oil and also sprinkle a few crushed red paper flakes for a little zing! Delish!
