present cake - If only I could figure out how to do crisp ribbons with buttercream. Bows of fondant are fine - easily taken off before cutting the cake. On a mission to do as much as possible with buttercream so the cakes taste as good as they look! Too many cakes are gorgeous, but inedible with the amount of fondant on them (think sweet but flavorless chewing gum).
