Greek Chicken made in an earthware pan, comprised of chicken breasts, 1/2 water, onion powder, feta cheese, thawed frozen spinach, black pepper, oregano, parsley and thyme.  It's baked for 30 min or so at 300 deg.  DELICIOUS!!!!

Mano Manischewitz P90X Matzo “Medicine” Balls    3 egg whites  1 cup kale leaves  1 -1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (or W.W. Matzo Meal)  ½ teaspoon Onion powder   ¼ cup or less of evoo    Mix all ingredients in a food processor into a moist paste.  Wet both hands and form mix into walnut sized balls (they’ll double in size when cooked).  Boil 2 quarts of water and drop balls into boiling water.  Reduce heat , simmer with cover on for 30 min.  Serve with low sodium chicken soup or enjoy alone!

THIS is what I made for dinner! Oh GOD it was SO GOOD!!! I took slices of tempeh and seared them in Sriracha sauce, onion powder, Braggs Liquid Aminos and black pepper. Then I added coconut milk to the pan and more Sriracha sauce. This was then spooned generously into a boiled halved sweet potato, and dusted with some chopped fresh parsley.
