Chicken Taco Chili: great change from the everyday chili. Very low in fat and high in fiber. I used 2 lbs chicken breast, 2 pkg taco seasoning, 1T garlic, black pepper. I left out the chili peppers. Garnished with FF sour cream and fresh lime.

Mississippi Sin Dip- SO GOOD! Let's just say that I made this for a party and the ENTIRE thing was gone in an hour or less! I used light sour cream and light cream cheese (not that that really helps this "sinful" dip) SO good. Maybe add a few hits of hot sauce.

Perfect for football season! Mini tacos: Wonton wrappers in muffin tins. Fill with taco-seasoned ground meat, cheese & bake for 8 minutes at 350. Top with favorite taco toppings!

Skinny Taco Dip - Tried this: Very tasty and easy to make. I think I skipped the black olives.

Pretty tasty! Cut the recipe in half and it nearly filled a smaller rectangular pan (not quite 9x13). Wish I had drained the salsa first, because it got a little watery, but not bad.

Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili: this has become a standard in my house. I actually took the general recipe and un-crock-potted it so I can make huge vats and freeze it. It's easy to add/omit ingredients too. Pretty basic.
