Ranch Chicken Casserole I make this all the time and it is one of my favorite things to eat!!!!!! I will even eat it for breakfast ;0 Mine is a little different and I like mine better. What I do is use nacho cheese doritos instead of plain ones and I use 8 oz. of cubed mexican velveeta instead of the cheddar and mozzerella (sp) which made in more creamy.
Mexican Casserole 1 pound lean ground beef 1 can Ranch Style beans 1 10-12 ounce bag tortilla chips, crushed (I didn't use the whole bag) 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 small onion, chopped 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 package taco seasoning 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup water sour cream and salsa for serving
Cheesy Chicken Casserole -1 rotiss chix-16-oz wide egg nood cook- 24oz lt sr cream- 2 cn cr chix soup-8-oz shred Ched ch- 8-oz shred mozz ch- 1 sleeve Club crackers crush-1/4 c but mel -2 T poppy seed- chop Chix meat. Mix with nood, sr cm, soup, chs. Pour into greased 13x9. Mix crack crbs, butt; sprinkle over top. Sprinkle poppy seed over cracker cheese melted. crumbs.350 for 25 to 30 m crispy and golden ,
