Golly, I bet these are Yummy! Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes: These “pies” have a little bit of flour in their mix that turns into a firm, crust-like outer layer around the filling. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and you have individual pumpkin pies!
pistachio cupcakes from another pinner: ****** I suggest adding some chopped pistachios and a couple drops of green food dye to the batter for more "nutty" flavor. They were REALLY good though. I used a cream cheese frosting and crushed pistachios on top!
