When embarking on a fitness plan, my first goal is to look good in my clothes and my subsequent goal is to look fab w/out my clothes. Progress and NOT perfection has always been my motto as it pertains to exercise and everything else!!! One love.
headed2healthy: I try my best to keep the faith… Sometimes I feel like nothing is changing… Sometimes I feel like there is no point in trying to change myself when my life is going to remain the same… Sometimes I wonder if ANYTHING is worth it… But I ALWAYS try to keep the FAITH and keep PUSHING… I’ll make it there SOMEDAY!!
