    BBQ Korean Ribs. INGREDIENTS: 4 lbs beef short ribs, 2-1/2 in. long. 2/3 c. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. 1 T sesame seeds, toasted. 1 t sugar. 2 t hot pepper sauce. 2 Lg cloves garlic, pressed. DIRECTIONS: Score meat opposite bone(1/2 in apart+1/2 in deep, lengthwise & crosswise). Put ribs in Lg food storage bag. Combine last 5 ingredients; pour in bag, press air out, close top securely. Turn coating all pieces in bag. Refrigerate 4 hrs, turn bag occasionally....

    Bascically I used this as a idea recipe. I wanted quick barbecue beef short ribs. After slathering the ribs with Famous Dave's Rich and Sassy BBQ sauce, I cooked them under the broiler for the allotted amount of time and then at the highest temp on the oven for a few more min. I also ran out of ginger (I use so much!) and the store thave that, either. But overall, these were good.
