1 bag Nacho Doritos, crushed 2C shredded chicken 2C shredded cheese 1 Can Cream of chicken soup 1 Can ro'tel tomatoes 1/2C sour cream 1/2C milk 1/2 package taco seasoning Preheat your oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients BUT Doritos. Layer half the Doritos (about 2 cups) on the bottom, then spread half the chicken mixture, rest of the Doritos, and the rest of the chicken mixture. Crazy Good Casserole 4-5 chicken breasts, 6 strips bacon, 2 cans cream of chicken, 2 c. Monterrey Jack, 16 oz. rotini, 1T?? garlic powder. Cook and crumble bacon. Chop chicken and cook in bacon drippings. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook pasta. Drain pasta, add to pot and add chicken, 1 c. cheese, and soup. Pour into baking dish. Top with bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
