I changed up the recipe and they were still pretty good. I used soy milk instead of regular, left out the honey and used sweetened applesauce. (I figured the sugar in the applesauce would make up for the lack of honey). Pretty good!
Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins -- I'm going to make these over and over again! These will make fantastic breakfast muffins! I used banana instead of the applesauce and the agave syrup, and they came out perfectly. I'm having trouble not eating them all right now.
