I made this with fresh-milled wheat flour, used sucanat instead of white flour, and omitted the brown sugar completely. I also melted coconut oil and used in place of the vegetable oil. This bread is truly delicious! My whole family loved it. -Irene

I made this for our church group tonight and they turned out good! People were asking for the recipe! One thing though... The amount of Cinnamon filling wasn't enough for me... I doubled the recipe for that part and that seemed to cover the dough better!
