I boiled 2 c water and dissolved the dry ingredients with the Dawn (in a large glass measuring cup apparently I learned from earlier experience today). When cooled slightly, I poured it into my plastic bottle and added 2 c tap water and shook it. If you used 1/2 c for the original recipe, this would only require 1/8 c and would take up 75% less space on my shelf.
Olive or Vegetable Oil – About ¾ cup White or Apple Cider Vinegar – About ¼ cup Just mix together and dip a rag into the mixture. Then, just wipe your furniture down with it. This will completely eliminate those nips and make the furniture look nearly new again. by SouthernDreamer
This is the ultimate stain remover that actually works on a seriously set in stain! Never buy oxyclean again! The mixture is 1 tsp. Dawn dishwashing detergent 3-4 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide couple tablespoons of baking soda. Scrub on with a scrubbing brush :)
