Buffet lamps in the kitchen. Perfect! They get the light up high enough to be useful, and replace under-cab lighting, which we won't do because we won't have upper cabs. DIY Antique Sign: How to: Made of a board pulled from a pallet, spray painted black, then painted with a brush in Valspar Antique White Eggshell, two coats. print the letters in Times New Roman (just the outlines to save ink) and cut them out, trace on to the board, and then paint the letters with black acrylic. After the letters dry, sand the sign to weather.
Industrial Shelving Construct a pantry from a pair of metal storage shelves. This one is painted blue with individual metal bins taking the place of drawers; labels placed on the shelves help identify the bins' contents. White enamelware, a wire basket of potatoes, and an entire shelf of mineral water break up the geometric pattern of the bins.
So true.. When we get to heaven, we will all be equals no matter what. There is no good section and bad section.

This is a real favorite of mine in concept: We use fold doors all along the kitchen counter and they open to porch where we place either a counter or counter-level narrow table and add stools for guests (who normally get in way hanging around kitchen island). It is a level pass-through as well and effectively adds counter space to kitchen. (COOL!)
