Workout. Could not be more true. No one wants to workout when they are tired -> it increase blood/oxygen circulation which can make you more alert. No one wants to workout when they are sad -> it increases endorphines in the brain which makes you happy :)

So true! Gosh. Being in nursing I have seen what unhealthy does to you in the long run. Focus on healthy!!! Not skinny. (good news is that healthy does end up being skinnier ;-)
