Paleo Bread is an easy gluten-free bread recipe with just 9 ingredients --toss ingredients into a food processor, dump in a pan, and bake. No separating eggs, or water baths. Paleo bread is delicious for sandwiches, or toasted with a side of eggs. We keep this bread on hand at all times cause it's so darn good. After you bake it, cool overnight, then wrap in a paper towel and plastic bag. It will keep for a week when stored this way.
Ground turkey was on sale at Safeway... So I made turkey tacos and put them in lettuce cups. Just brown the turkey meat and add a little tomato paste and spices that you would normally find in those taco seasoning packets....minus the salt and sugar. (Or use that if you're not strict..) Make some salsa with tomato, cilantro, onion, garlic, lime juice... Top with avocado and eat up. #paleo
