Tank Top Arms- this workout actually looks great- it does a nice balance of working the bis, the tris, and the back pretty equally. Did this @ my Boot camp. The routine takes about 6-7 minutes, and is a TOTAL workout! I added another set of push ups, threw in some planks/abs and legs for a great total body workout
