Crumbly Pumpkin Bread - With lightened-up options, this can be eaten guilt-free! And the crumb topping is out of this world amazing!
6 Tbs butter, melted 1/2 jar (12.25oz) caramel ice cream topping - approximately 1/2 cup 1 cup chopped pecans 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (I used Pillsbury regular cinnamon rolls) Preheat oven to 350. Combine melted butter, caramel and pecans. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss in caramel mixture. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch cake pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
