Like this and maybe with a bite out of it. - Spinach Quesadillas: would add mushrooms, when I'm pregnant sometimes it's hard to eat Mexican food or meat for me and I'd always order spinach and mushroom quasadillas in Mexican restaurants. They are my savior in those situations!
