Pork Roast (like a boston butt) Worcestershire Sauce Seasoning Salt Instructions Cover bottom of crock pot with worcestershire sauce, then place your pork roast in crock pot, splash it with more worcestershire sauce, then put generous amount of seasoning salt on roast. 5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
Pork Roast Crock-Pot Recipe Cover the roast with your favorite rub and then put approx. 15 dashes of worcestershire sauce on the roast once it's placed in the crock pot. Cook until done - shred and place back in crock-pot on low for another hour or so. Delicious!
