1 (10-ounce/284 g) can diced tomatoes & green chilies
16 oz Corn, frozen kernels
1 Onion, small

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
1/2 tsp Sea salt

Dairy

1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp
2 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup Milk, lowfat
