100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread
Fluffy 100% Whole Wheat Bread - I just made this, and it is fantastic! I ground my own wheat berries into flour, halved the recipe (made one loaf instead of two), omitted the molasses, and subbed oat flour and flax meal for some of the wheat flour. I may try to make a gluten-free version of this next time. It really is super fluffy!
Protien pancakes - I (rebecca) made these this morning - so filling. You can make any amount by just using equal parts cottage cheese, egg whites, and oats (add some cinnamon then blend) i used 1/2 cup of each and it was enough for both my husband and i. Topped with yogurt and backberries? YUM. Hannah Barkey - you should be all over this recipe!
