Cranberry Honey Butter. Combine one pound softened butter, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cranberries, 1/2 cup honey (or more or less to taste), and the zest of one whole orange. Mix well, then store in refrigerator. Spread on breads, muffins, pancakes, waffles, etc.
